When we decided to remodel our kitchen, we were apprehensive about this project because of the horror stories we have heard - and we have all heard them. After looking at several kitchen remodel companies, we talked with our niece about her remodeling experience, and she told us that she had used Hamlin Cabinets in Norfolk. After visiting the Hamlin Cabinet showroom, we were convinced that they were the right contractor for our project. The remodeling commenced in mid-November and was fully complete by the first week in December. From beginning to end, the project went without a hitch. Hamlin Cabinets not only removed the old cabinets and fabricated the new ones, but also selected the subcontractors necessary to complete the project. These included an electrician, a tile installer, a granite supplier and fabricator, a sheet metal contractor, and a plasterer. All the subs showed up when they were scheduled, were efficient, very neat, and trustworthy. We even left several of them working alone in our house while we were out. All in all, we were thoroughly impressed with Hamlin's workmanship, courtesy and timeliness. It was truely a great experience. We a extremely happy with our beautiful new kitchen.

Our new kitchen is truly gorgeous. It is the kitchen that I always dreamed of but never thought I would have. You have helped make my dream come true.

Meeting you and talking with you from the very start was easy, fun and relaxing. I never felt rushed or pressured into any decisions. I appreciated all the time you took with me in the planning stages of layout and desinging, as well as giving me trusted names of appliance dealers, granite warehouses, and bankers to investigate. It was fun playing on your computer to work out my plans. The attention to all the little details that you provided made all the difference in the world. I love my mail slots on my desk, which we worked out through text pictures and telephone calls. It was truly a pleasure to put my kitchen together with you.

Kevin and Derek are so amazing. They made me feel like my kitchen was so special. Again, their attention to detail was unending. They worked to perfeciton. I enjoyed having them in my home. They were so polite and they took great care to protect my existing space. When they left at night, everything was so well cleaned up you would never have known that they were there, except that they left gorgeous cabinets installed behind them.
